A ngie, the founder of Belle Behind the Ball Wedding and Event Planning, started this business for her pure love of event planning and coordination. Her perky personality and pure enthusiasm for planning events make her a joy to work with. Her attention to detail, concise and thorough planning, and ability to direct never go unnoticed. Angie’s dedication to personalize each event with her creative touch to fit the guest of honor(s) will keep your guests talking about the event for years to come! Angie’s family and friends have been encouraging her for years to follow her dreams and this business has truly been built from love for what she does. If you ask her, she will tell you how absolutely blessed she is!
Angie is originally from New Jersey, but moved to Indiana after meeting her husband on vacation! She married Keith, a bean counter and hippie at heart, and she has a stepson, Ethan, whom she adores. Angie loves a good glass of wine, a hot cup of coffee, live music, and spending time with dear friends. As part of the South Bend Foodie scene, Angie and Keith love to go out to eat and to try new places. Because of that, they also like to work out together- at Body Pump. She is a strong supporter of supporting local and a very proud American!
Alex | Executive Assistant
Alexandria has been priceless for our team, helping us manage all of the tasks and follow up throughout so much of the wedding planning process. Her attention to detail makes her perfect for our team. On Wedding Days, you will find her assisting our Brides as the Bridal Attendant! Alex is married with two adorable little boys!
Kathryn | Event Coordinator
Kathryn’s unique talents make her the perfect addition to our Wedding team. She is Angie’s right hand when we are setting up for events and often is Lead Coordinator for Day-of Weddings. Kathryn is married to Matt, a firefighter, and has two adorable children (and one more on the way!)
McKayla | Event Assistant
McKayla is an incredible member of our team, executing our event set up day of and assisting with packaging up items at the end of the evening. McKayla loves to travel and we often spend time chatting about her recent trips!
Rebecca | Event Assistant
Rebecca is an incredibly sweet soul who helps as our “Bridal Assistant”. Her sweet demeanor keeps our Brides calm and collected on the wedding day! (We love her for that). Her job is to stay with the Bride from the time she puts on THE DRESS until the Couple arrives at Cocktail Hour. Rebecca is a student at Saint Mary’s College and we believe her future is very bright!
Chloe | Executive Administrator
Chloe, or “Agent of Admin” as we like to call her is quite literally a superwoman for our Company! There are so many details and tasks to keep track of and she rocks it all! Chloe and her boyfriend, Jonah live in Middlebury.
About Our Location
Wondering where all the magic happens?
We have two offices, Angie works mostly from a home office. After many years in a traditional office, Angie realized her Couples had non-traditional hours (they planned after their work days), Angie decided that home office was most convenient so she could have access to files in the “off hours” when her couples would often reach out to her.
However, a Professional Meeting Space was needed! So Angie rents from “HeadQuarters” in Ignition Park. It is an innovative shared workspace. It offers unique options for meetings with clients and vendors or that first-impression consultation. At this space, we have the choice of a very professional board room, a casual seating area – perfect for getting to know you – or even an indoor swing set (because why not!?)
